After more than 40 years in the fire service, ten of which were here at Sunrise Beach, Captain Don Zolecki has decided to move on. One of the senior members of our staff, Captain Z has been involved with many significant projects and has provided guidance and wisdom to many of our members. We were lucky to have Don on our staff and wish him well in all his future endeavors.The Board of Directors hosted a coffee & donut breakfast for the Captain On Monday 11 June. The event was well attended by our staff & volunteers, a true indicator of the respect that we have for Don.
Sorry i couldnt make it Don. You are a great person and i am glad to have met you. Glad to hear your not going to completely leave the fire service as you have much knowledge and experiences to pass on!! thanks for all you gave here!!
