Pin Job on Highway TT

At 0906 hours on Monday 17 December, 2012 units were alerted for a motor vehicle collision on Highway TT.  On arrival, the companies found a single vehicle overturned in the middle of the roadway with one occupant still inside.  The vehicle was stabilized and members removed the occupant using a long spine board.  The victim was turned over to Lake West Ambulance and transported the Lake Regional.

SBFPD units remain on the scene to assist the Highway Patrol with traffic control.

We would like to remind everyone that seat belts can save lives.  Use caution, obey the posted speed limits and always wear your seat belt.
